Returns & Real Talk

We totally get it—sometimes the vibe just isn’t right, and that’s okay! If your new piece didn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns at Authenticity:

🕐 You’ve Got 7 Days
Our return window is 7 days from the day your order is delivered. If it’s not love at first try-on, just email us within that first week to start your return. After 7 days, we can’t accept returns—so don’t ghost us, girl!

📦 Eligibility Stuff
To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, and damage

  • With tags still attached

  • In the original packaging
    Oh—and don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase!

📧 How to Start Your Return
Email us at info@authenticitybyallee.com with your order info. If your return is approved, we’ll send you all the return instructions. Just a heads-up: return label costs will be deducted from your refund.
Important: Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first—those packages will be returned to sender!

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Intimates or personal care items

  • Gift cards
    And of course, anything sent back after the 7-day window—so make sure to check your delivery date!

💰 Refunds
Once we get your return and give it a quick inspection, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method. It might take 5–7 business days for your bank to process it, so hang tight—it’s coming!
